Adding potential buyers/tenants is one of the most common things that is done as there are usually far more contacts than properties within an average estate agency/lettings agency. For this reason we have made adding contacts very easy, simply enter their contact details and then from configurable drop down lists and checkboxes select their requirements and enter a price range. You can enter as much or as little data as needed as not all buyers actually purchase what they originally think they want as price usually determines what they can have! Email addresses are important fields though as with most agents using broadband this allows you to email property matches direct to applicants as soon as the vendor has approved the information.
