The applicant search function works in a similar way to the property search; again it allows you to search by any individual field or multiple criteria. This makes it very easy to find an individual applicant for editing say their property requirements or to find all potential buyers that are First Time Buyers. The applicant database in most estate agency’s is usually quite large and it is therefore important to be able to easily search through 300 plus registered applicants and be able to manage them.
