The contact search function works in a similar way to the property search; again it allows you to search by any individual field or multiple criteria. This makes it very easy to find an individual contact/utility company for editing say their contact details or in the case of potential buyers/tenants their property requirements or to find all potential buyers that are First Time Buyers. The contact database in most estate agencies/lettings agencies is usually quite large and it is therefore important to be able to easily search through 300 plus registered contacts and be able to manage them. JakX makes this very easy and is much more user friendly than wading through hot and cold boxes of cards and deciphering hand writing.
