Adding Contacts

Because there are usually far more contacts than there are properties, adding potential buyers and tenants is one of the most common things done within an agency. For this reason, we have made adding contacts very easy.

After entering a contact’s basic details, you simply specify their requirements using a price range, along with configurable drop down lists and check boxes. You can enter as much or as little information as needed—after all, not all buyers purchase what they originally think they want. Email addresses are important here, as this allows you to email property matches directly to applicants as soon as the vendor has approved the information.

Features & Benefits at a glance

  • No limits to the number of contacts that can be added.
  • Contacts can be organised by applicants, purchasers, vendors, landlords, utility companies, contractors and more, and are easily managed to allow more effective marketing of listed properties.
  • Full history record for each contact, including viewings, feedback, offers and matches, meaning hot and cold buyers are easily identifiable.
  • Requirements can include areas, price, property attributes, bedrooms, property styles, catchment areas, era, floor space and more. Applications and buyers can specify as much or as little detail to enable both broad and narrow property matches.
  • Utility companies and contractors only need to be added once, then associated to the relevant properties. This helps save time by reducing duplication.

Contact search

Searching for contacts in Jakx is similar to searching for properties, allowing you to match against one or more individual pieces of information. This lets you perform powerful searches, from individual contacts to all first-time buyers. As a contact database can be very large, it’s crucial that searching and managing a large number of people and companies is simple and user friendly, which is why Jakx makes it easy.

Features & Benefits at a glance

  • Contacts can be filtered by many criteria, including name, requirements, position, date added and more.
