With the property market changing for the better ISSL have designed a package specifically designed for agents starting up and those who need an overhaul of a website and also new property software.

If you are looking to open an estate agency or a lettings agency in the residential or commerical property market, then this package is ideal for you. Equally you may be an existing agent that is looking to refresh their image moving forward and are now in a better position financially to do so.

What Does the Package Include?

The Detail

All our web sites are professionally designed by one of our in house web designers. We do not use templates! All our sites are built using current technologies, and in Content Management Software systems so you can make your own changes to the text on your site without incurring any further costs.

In addition, all our sites are designed with search engine optimisation in mind and relevant meta keywords/phrases are worked on, we also set up the relevant Google Place account. Furthermore we also ensure our sites comply with the Disability Discrimination Act.
Five pages are static pages not pages of property data, so if you are just a lettings agent you may have: Home, About, Landlords, Tenants and Contact. If you do sales and lettings then you may substitute Landlords for Sales and Tenants for Lettings.

The hosting of the website and up to 5 corporate emails are also included.

The software is installed on one computer and is the full software, nothing is excluded just because it is a package. The software will work for sales AND lettings, residential AND commercial. It is a one stop software system and includes support and any upgrades.

If you subscribe to any of the major property portals such as Rightmove we will also feed your property data to them and this will be included in this package. Property portals are sent the data each night and they then process the following day. This means you only have to enter the data in one system.
