Integrated Diary

Within an estate agent or letting agent, the diary plays an important part in the general running of the office. As such, it needs to be both simple to use and accurate. The diary within Jakx is just that. From user-specific diaries—with an office overview, of course—to colour-coded entries, the Jakx diary is designed to make things quick and easy to find, whatever it is. In addition, all viewings are recorded—accompanied or unaccompanied—meaning any information regarding a viewing is always at hand. There is even an option to hide unaccompanied viewings from the diary altogether. Much more than a just a record of events, the Jakx diary can manage reminders for required actions and expirations of key items.

Once saved in Jakx, any appointments can be synchoronised with Microsoft Outlook, then sent to a compatible mobile phone, making sure you always know where you need to be.

Once the details of a solicitor have been added to Jakx, they can be associated to any vendor or buyer very easily. Each company is only added to Jakx once, to which individual solicitors are added, and at the bottom of each solicitor’s details is a list of who that solictor is acting for—and whether that contact is a vendor or buyer. This can help to organise any queries that needs to be made - particularly in instances where one solicitor is acting for multiple contacts.

Text Messaging

Text messaging allows quick updates to one or more staff, applicants and vendors—from appointment reminders and confirmations to buyer offers. Text messages provide a method of communication less time-consuming—and often less expensive—than phone calls.


Jakx allows users to generate an array of reports, from the details of new applicants to staff performance. Reports can be created for a day, week, month or year.

Backup & Restore

Backing up data is very important, especially when that data is irreplaceable. Jakx has the ability to create a backup to any local hard drive, or direct to ISSL’s servers.
