Properties can be searched for by many criteria inc address, type, style, price, status, vendors name to name but a small few.	Property lists are produced with accuracy and properties are located from within the database very quickly.
Property lists can then be produced – multiple layouts.	Different styles to meet with the needs of different agents, for sales and for To Lets.
Viewings can be arranged.	A quick way of recording the viewings against the property.
Notes can be added.	Any calls or information can be added from here to enable all staff to be updated with relevant information.
Applicants that match with the property can be sought.	Details of the property can then be emailed, text or posted out.
Registered interest can be recorded against the property.	When an agreed sale falls through, any buyers that registered a specific interest can be accessed and contacted easily.

The property search function is very versatile; it allows you to search by any individual field or multiple criteria. This makes it very easy to find an individual property for editing say for a price change or to find all properties that are currently set to ‘For Sale’ to enable a property list to be produced.
