In excess of 30 reports are supplied as standard, providing lots of data. The data provides key figures and instant information to negotiators, valuers and management/business owners.
The reports not used can be turned off per user. No need to scroll through reports that are not to be used. If you are a lettings only agent then no need to see sales reports and vice versa. For management all weekly, monthly etc figures availbale instantly.
Grouped together for ease into Contacts, Financial Services, Lettings, Management and Property. This means it is very quick and easy to find the information you are after.
Reports can be seletced at company/branch/user levels and the period set with a to from date range (where applicable). This allows for greater comparison of data between the areas, users and of course time periods. This helps monitor trends and income streams.

The Reports section will give you quite a lot of information. As Jakx software can be used by both letting agents and sales agents the option to turn off the ones you will not use does help keep the list down. Naturally if you do both and all staff work on both then they are all there to be used. The staff performance report allows business owners who are not always around to have more of an idea of who does what in their team. This can be set to user level so not everyone can see it if that is required.

All weekly/monthly etc figures can easily be obtained and on varying levels such as company wide, branch level or user level, these figures may include how many viewings have taken place, how many offers/applications have been received, prices changes and how much income is due in all things being equal.

This will reduce the need for manual calculations and alternative recording systems, so saving time!
