Solicitors Database

Jakx Features	Jakx Benefits
All companies are listed alphabetically to the left and individual solicitors to the right.	This makes it very easy to find the company quickly and display all contact information.
Each Solicitor will show who they are acting for underneath.	One chase call to a solicitor and you can enquire about all sales and purchases that he/she is acting for at the same time.
DX (Document Exchange) included as an address option.	If you use this delivery system then you can address letters accordingly and also use the full postal address for all correspondees.
Account code option.	If your accountant uses SAGE, can link the solicitors ID to Jakx for chasing invoice purposes.

The solicitors database function is very simple to use. Once the company details have been added once they can be associated to any vendor or buyer from a drop down list very quickly. The company is only added once and then individual solicitors added to that. At the bottom of the screen you are shown who that solicitor is acting for and whether they are a vendor or buyer.

This was designed as there is nothing more frustrating than an estate agent calling a solicitor to chase a sale then putting the phone down only to find that the same solicitor is acting for the next sales chase in the list then having to call back.
